On May 17, 2013, CSD held an alumni event at the beautiful Gibbons Alumni Center on campus that was attended by over 75 people. Emily Morgan, J.D., M.S., CCC-SLP, Director of Rehab at People First Rehabilitation at Kindred Hosptial, Tampa gave a dynamic and insightful presentation on Medical Errors that counted for .2 ASHA CEUs. Following the presentation, attendees mingled with colleagues and alumni at a lovely reception catered by Skipper's Smokehouse. One of our biggest alumni events to date, this was an occasion for learning, celebrating, and catching up with so many friends of CSD. Thanks go out to everyone who planned and participated in this phenomenal event!
